The Exeter Dental Implant Clinic prides itself on excellent customer care: we want our patients to be happy! 

Any concerns which are brought to our attention are taken seriously, and we always welcome the opportunity to put things right. Once we understand your concerns we can usually resolve them very quickly.

In accordance with the General Dental Council, The Exeter Dental Implants Clinic has a Practice Complaints Procedure. We aim to deal with any concern or complaint as promptly and as effectively as possible. 

If you have any concerns, please contact our practice manager Amanda Bailey. We will acknowledge any written correspondence within five working days.
Depending on the nature of the concern or complaint, we will respond within 10 working days, either by telephone or in writing.
